TRIAL SESSIONS:  We highly recommend scheduling a trial session, especially if you plan to wear your hair and/or make-up in a style you've never worn.  The day of your wedding will be very busy and a trial session ensures us time to experiment and find the exact look that works for you.  You'll feel much more confident and relaxed knowing that your hair and/or make-up will look exactly as you envisioned it would.  
Prices for trial sessions are the same as wedding day prices, however we are available to try as many styles you’d like to find the look that you love.  If you are staying in Tamarindo or Langosta Beach, or can come to our salon Tamarindo, you will receive a 10% discount. 

TRAVEL FEES:  There is no travel fee for weddings or trial sessions scheduled in Tamarindo or Langosta.  The following pricing is per stylist for other locations.  Travel fees can be avoided by scheduling services (especially trial sessions) at the salon in Tamarindo.

MINIMUMS:

* Tamarindo or Langosta:  No minimum appointment requirement.  

* Playa Grande, Hacienda Pinilla, Playa Avellanas, Playa Negra, Portrero, Brasilito and Flamingo:  2 person minimum

* Sugar Beach, Playa del Coco and Ocotal: 2 person minimum for hairstyling, 3 person minimum for make-up

* Papagayo:   3 person minimum for hairstyling (a $255 minimum charge), 4 person minimum for make-up

 If you have less than the minimum number of persons and still wish to reserve the date, you will be charged for the minimum number of people.  

DEPOSITS:  A $50 deposit is required to reserve your date.  The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your total bill for services.  This deposit can be paid via PayPal.  Your date is not reserved until this deposit is received.

PAYMENT:  Pre-payment of the balance due can be made prior to the wedding date by bank transfer or PayPal (PayPal payment have a fee of 7%).  If payment is made on the date of your event, we accept cash only.  If not pre-paid, the total balance will due and payable upon our arrival on your wedding day

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We will check in with you a few weeks before your wedding to confirm the headcount.  The numbers provided by you will be used to execute our service contract.  We require a signed contract back within 1 week of your wedding date.  Once this contract is signed and returned there are no cancellations and you agree to the terms and services contained herein.  Add on appointments can be made at any time.
